Cricket is not just a game in India but a religion, and quite often the renowned cricketers are worshiped by their fans. However, the sentiments attached to the cricketers can often turn into war as was evident on Sunday in Ahmedabad when Rohit Sharma and Hardik Pandya fans engaged in physicality.

The fifth match of IPL 2024 between Mumbai Indians and Gujarat Titans carried plenty of hype after Hardik Pandya’s transfer to the five-time champions as the captain of the side, overtaking Rohit Sharma. This decision did not go well with a lot of MI fans, triggering a constant debate that eventually transcended into booing, trolling, and even furor among fans in the Stadium.

A video went viral on social media during the Western Derby that MI lost by six runs against the Titans with a few guys in the top tier engaged in public outrage. A group of five to six people were seen beating one another, causing violence, that the Twitterverse could relate to a wrestling encounter.

Pure entertainment!

Unreal family

Bang bang

Crazy

Good fight TBH!

Not good!

Fight back!

Things getting heated!

LOL

Noice!
