Manchester United star Marcos Rojo is angry with the club after his deadline day move to Everton collapsed. The Argentine has struggled to make an impact under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and was told that he was free to leave this summer, but the Red Devils pulled out at the last minute.

With Everton keen on making a move for defender this summer, the Toffees turned their attentions towards Manchester United star Marcos Rojo. The 28-year-old failed to make an impact towards the end of last season under new boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and was reportedly told that he could leave the club this summer, but no move materialized in the end.

This is despite Everton and the Red Devils making serious contact over a potential move on deadline day with the Toffees keen on a loan move. However, the move fell apart at the very end with Manchester United look to change the parameters of the deal. The Argentine has made only 18 appearances over the last two seasons and with the arrival of Harry Maguire, has pushed Rojo even further down the pecking order.

However, while the Premier League window has slammed shut, he could still seal a move to the other leagues around Europe. Rumors and reports have revealed that there is interest from France, Italy, Spain and even Turkey although any move would have to be a loan move.
