Out of favour Manchester United forward Alexis Sanchez has been linked with a move to Serie A giants Inter Milan. A potential deal for the Chilean fell apart a few weeks ago, but it seems that the Nerazzurri have rekindled their interest in the winger, and are looking to sign him on loan.

According to reports from The Mirror, Inter Milan have expressed their interest in Alexis Sanchez, and the talks between Inter and Manchester United are currently ongoing. The Italian club hopes to settle upon a deal within the next 72 hours. It is also suggested that Manchester United are eager to make the loan move happen, and as a result, are willing to pay a bigger slice of Sanchez’s massive £500,000-a-week wages.

The Red Devils wants Inter to pay at least £5m of Sanchez’s wages in the loan deal, and are also including a £15m option to buy.  The former Arsenal and Barcelona attacker is also interested in the move and is looking forward to leaving England, in the hopes of making a fresh start.

Manchester United bought Sanchez in on a free transfer, but the move has not paid off and the 30-year-old has been unimpressive. This combined with the rise of a few youngsters and the Daniel James’ arrival, has seen the Chilean drop down the pecking order.
