With three years still remaining on his current deal, Chelsea will offer young striker Tammy Abraham a new deal that could double his wages. The 21-year-old has impressed in Chelsea's manager Frank Lampard and the manager is looking to reward the player for his performances so far this season.

Reports in the Sun have reported Chelsea is preparing to hand Tammy Abraham a new contract. With two goals in the first three Premier League matches, Tammy Abraham has impressed the Blues and Frank Lampard is looking to reward the 21-year-old for his contributions.

The striker scored twice against Norwich this past weekend and expressed his joy, "I have always believed in myself. I know I have had a bit of a sticky time at the start of the season, but I'm someone who doesn't let that affect me. It drives me on. Now I have scored two good goals and hopefully, I can keep scoring for Chelsea."

Tammy Abraham has still three years remaining on his current contract with Chelsea and the club wants to tie the player in a long-term by offering a deal that could potentially double his wages. The player currently earns £50,000-a-week, but it's been reported that Chelsea could offer a new five-year £100k-a-week deal.
