Barcelona Sporting Director Hints at Marcus Rashford Transfer Possibility

FC Barcelona's sporting director Deco talks about the potential transfer of Marcus Rashford to their line-up and the possibility of the team signing the player. Rashford is likely to depart from Manchester United in the January Transfer Window.

Marcus Rashford's transfer news has been in the headlines for a long time, as he has been linked with a potential move to a La Liga club. He is reported to have parted ways from Manchester United, as the new boss Ruben Amorim is currently out of favour from keeping him in the line-up.

According to some reports, it was said that Barcelona could be the line-up where Marcus Rashford could go following the Winter Transfer Window. Talking about the same, the team's sporting director said,“We have our priorities and if we can renew the contracts of the players we have now and if we can bring in other reinforcements, that would always be welcome.”

Following this, Deco also talked about Hansi Flick and his current perspective on the squad of Barcelona as of now. He said,“The coach is happy with the squad we have, so any future decisions will be made later.”

He also said that there are some fair play rules which the team should adhere to in the La Liga tournament, saying“These are fair play issues, and the priorities today are the renewals of the important players we have in the squad.”
