Even though India secured a comfortable 9-wicket win against Sri Lanka in the first ODI, Rohit Sharma's return to the ODI team was not a happy one as he was run out after his bat got stuck in the ground. And Twitterati had no intention to let one of their favorite stars get away with the gaffe.

Riding on a swashbuckling 132* from Shikhar Dhawan and an equally aggressive 82* from Virat Kohli India crushed Sri Lanka by 9 wickets in the first ODI at Dambulla. Earlier, another batting collapse from Sri Lanka after a good start meant that they were dismissed for a paltry total of 216.
