On a day when players were dropping catches on regular intervals, Wriddhiman Saha produced a moment of magic that would have made MS Dhoni proud. After yesterday's “Oxygen-gate” debacle, fans found Saha’s blinder which sent Sadeera Samarawickrama packing as the biggest "tweeting point" of the day.

The final Test of the India-Sri Lanka series will be remembered as an entertaining match not necessarily for the right reason. Despite the fans seeing some records being broken, they also witnessed the first-ever “Oxygen-break” which was taken by the visitors. After the outstanding performance of the Indian batting order that piled on 536/7 before declaring, it was Sri Lanka's turn to inflict some pain on the hosts. After the likes of Shikhar Dhawan, Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, and Vijay Shankar dropping catches, Saha pulled off a blinder to bring India back into the game.

The incident occurred in the 117 over of the Sri Lanka’s first innings with the score at 317/5. Samarawickrama tried to guide an Ishant Sharma delivery to the third man boundary but could only find a thick edge. Going by the trend of the game, had Saha missed the chance it would not have been a big deal but the Indian keeper was in no mood to give visitors any more chances. Saha dived wide to his right and with the ball dipping on him, managed to get his fingers under the ball, at full stretch, to send the Sri Lankan packing.

The Twitterati picked on the brilliance of the Indian keeper and were full of praise for him while taking some shots at the rest.

What a catch that was by Saha!

Superman Saha!

Best in the World in Tests!

Please do it more often, even if you get fired!

Every Indian fan after watching all those catches being dropped by the Indian players!

Subtle dig!

This is what happened before Saha’s brilliant catch!
