Ishant Sharma entertained everyone at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium on Sunday with his acting skills by giving strange expressions in response to Aussie skipper Steve Smith. Smith, whose mildly exaggerated movements had seen Ravindra Jadeja mime him in the last Test, has taken them sportively - so far.

Of late, Ishant has been getting severe criticism from all quarters for the lack of incisiveness in his bowling and in addition to that, his bad demeanor hasn’t helped his cause at all. But, today, his act provided a funny moment amidst the grueling battle between the bat and ball.

The 27th over of the innings was bowled by Ishant and it was that over in which Ishant got involved in some banter with the Australian skipper. Ishant managed to beat the Aussie captain with a delivery outside the off-stump and at the end of the follow-through, he mocked the Australian captain by making funny faces. In reply, Smith also retaliated by making faces at the bowler.

But, it did not end there as the lanky pacer continued his ploy to distract the Aussie batsmen in almost every ball. The incident amused skipper Virat Kohli, who was later seen having a chat with Smith, perhaps, discussing the same incident.

Not only, Smith and Renshaw, Twitter has also gone berserk after the incident.
