After scoring an impressive 69 off just 39 balls in the first innings, where he even smashed a ball out of the stadium, de Villiers appeared to be having an "AB day". His team also appeared to be going strong as they started off their 217-run defence with some good bowling and even though they were controversially denied a wicket in the third over, they appeared to be in control of their own destiny as SRH could only manage to get 60 in the first seven overs. 

However, it was about to get better for de Villiers and the Royal Challengers as Kohli handed the ball to Moeen Ali after the strategic timeout. Ali gave away just four runs in five balls that piled on the pressure on Alex Hales, who knew a big hit was needed on the last ball. And the Englishman did just that as he stepped out of his crease and caught the ball true and it appeared to be headed over the deep midwicket fence. But that was what we thought!

De Villiers somehow managed to jump as high as Michael "Air" Jordan did in his prime and pluck out the ball out of thin air with one hand. The catch was so impressive that Virat Kohli did a 100-metre sprint, that would have given Usain Bolt a run for his money, with a shocked expression on his face to congratulate his teammate.
