Kolkata Knight Riders will return to their fortress at Eden Gardens as they gear up to take on a determined Delhi Capitals team under the leadership of Shreyas Iyer. The Knight Riders will look to take full advantage of the home support and bounce back from the recent loss to Chennai Super Kings.

After playing four consecutive games away from home, Kolkata Knight Riders return to their beloved Eden Gardens for their next encounter against Delhi Capitals. The team would be looking to avenge the super over defeat in the last game against the Delhi-based side when they take the field on Friday. In the last four matches, the Knights have won two and lost two.

The home team are currently second in the points table and will be eager to get back to the winning ways after a disappointing loss to MS Dhoni-led Chennai Super Kings in the last match. Dinesh Karthik & Co. are yet to lose a home game this season and will definitely aim to keep this record intact. However, there is an injury scare for the Knight Riders and they might be forced to make one change in the form of all-rounder Andre Russell.
