Sourav Ganguly expressed his disappointment over the exclusion of Ajinkya Rahane and Shubman Gill for the upcoming ODI series against WI. Dada took to his Twitter handle and questioned the selection committee as to why only few players were playing all 3 formats, and Twiiterati reacted on the same.

An opinion that matters a lot!!

More misery!

It's very unfair!! A player like Shubman Gill has all the potential to be in the squadlaughing

Rahane can surely give his best in ODIs

Not sure of No.4, but maybe he could have found a place somewhere in the ODI team!

What does this mean?

Time to give a chance to youngsters!!

Have the selectors completely ignored Rahane?!

It seems like pure politics!!

Rahane has not been in the best of form for the last 3 years!!

Rahane has got no luck!!

Selectors should think of this!!

Sadly Rahane's career has taken a downward spiral!

More support coming in for Rahane!

Selection committee failed in their experiment with Vijay Shankar in WC19!!
