Hanuma Vihari, Parthiv Patel and Shubman Gill to lead in Deodhar Trophy

Hanuma Vihari, Parthiv Patel and Shubman Gill will lead the India A, India B and India C sides respectively in the upcoming Deodhar trophy. The teams were picked by the senior selection committe while in Mumbai and the tournament will be played in Ranchi from October 31st to Novermber 4th.

It's that time of the year again where India A, India B, and India C will compete for the coveted Deohar Trophy. This tournament has always proved to be a chance for previous India discards and also future talents to prove their point and show their ability with a view to getting back in the Indian reckoning.

After an impressive Vijay Hazare Trophy season, Devdut Padikkal gets his chance in the India A side. India A side will also contain veteran off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin. Ishan Kishan will try to make a mark for his India hopes by representing this side.

Baba Aparajith has also been rewarded for his performances in the Vijay Hazare trophy with a call-up to the India B side. Mumbai youngster Yashasvi Jaiswal will also feature in this side. Kedar Jadhav and Vijay Shankar will have chances to redeem themselves by playing for the India B side.

India C side consists of many young exciting talents like Shubman Gill, Ishan Porel, Anmolpreet Singh, etc. who will be itching to show their talent on this stage. Out-of-favour wicket-keeper batsman Dinesh Karthik will provide experience to this line-up and will look to make a case for himself in getting back to the Indian side.
