For the first time since its renovation, the world’s largest cricket stadium, The Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, will host an IPL game on Monday, in which KKR will lock horns with PBKS. How the pitch will behave remains a mystery, but what’s certain is that you can earn a ton of cash.

Punjab to score under 46.5 in the first six overs @ 1.90

Some of you might be looking at this and going, “THIS BET AGAIN?” but trust us, there’s a reason why we keep going back to this. Punjab are a pretty darn good batting unit but THEY JUST HATE SCORING IN THE POWERPLAY! Punjab’s SR in the powerplay this season is 109.44, which is the worst amongst all 8 sides. They are, in fact, the only side to boast a SR under 110 in the first six overs. In five games thus far, only once have they scored above 46.5 and they managed just 45 and 32 in the first six overs in their last two encounters. It will be incredibly difficult for them to up the ante against a KKR side which, this season, has the third-best ER in the first six overs. Their average powerplay score this season reads a mere 41.56 and this was the same number they managed across both the H2H matches versus the Knight Riders last season. With the ball expected to jag around in Ahmedabad, as we saw in the India series, there’ll be plenty of assistance for the pacers up front, so expect the Kings to adhere to their age-old conservative approach. You now know what to bet, but where do you do it? Well, sky247 is the destination you’re looking for.

Eoin Morgan to score under 20.5 @ 1.90

Right then, here’s another bet that we’ve already suggested you in the past and have succeeded. Make no mistake, Eoin Morgan is class, but in the form he currently is, you wouldn’t expect him to be scoring runs against a bowling machine that’s delivering tennis balls at 10 kph. The KKR skipper averages a mere NINE (!!!) this season and his scores read 0, 7, 29, 7 and 2. Only once, all season, has he passed 20.5 and four times he’s been dismissed in single digits. But if you think that this form is exclusive to the IPL, then you’re wrong. It turns out that Morgan has been a bit mediocre in T20s for quite a while now. Dating back to September 2020, since the T20s against Australia, Morgan has scored over 20.5 in T20Is just twice (7 attempts) and has averaged just 13.8. If you club both his T20 and T20I numbers, then in his last 12 innings he’s managed to pass 20.5 just thrice. That’s tail-ender level numbers, folks. With him also having scored just 1 and 4 in his last 2 matches at this venue, we fully expect Morgan to flop once again. Why don’t you make money off this inevitability by heading to sky247.com?

Mayank Agarwal to score over 21.5 runs @ 1.90

 ©

You can bank on Morgan to fail, yes, and likewise you can depend on Agarwal to score. Once a flash in the pan, the Punjab Kings opener has now become one of the most consistent run accumulators in the IPL. Agarwal has passed 21.5 in each of his last 3 knocks this season and his scores this season read 25, 22, 69, 0 and 14. Notice something here? Agarwal always gets off to starts and that’s why he’s a bankable man. He’s averaged 34 since the start of last season, but remarkably has passed 21.5 in 11 of his 16 knocks since the start of IPL 2020. He also loves batting versus KKR, having posted scores of 56, 36 and 58 in his last 3 H2H games versus the franchise, and last season passed the magic number in both the H2H clashes. Punjab will be moving to a new venue on Monday but that will not affect Mayank’s rhythm. Since last season, he’s averaged over 25 in every single venue he’s played in, so expect the Karnataka man to pull off yet another masterclass come Monday.
