Rishabh Pant has been improving as a captain in IPL over the years and he often helps his players when they are under pressure in tough situations. Pant did it once more as he was seen sharing some advice to Kuldeep Yadav to restrict Jos Buttler after he leaked 14 runs from five balls in an over.

IPL 2022 has commenced and Delhi Capitals are playing well this season. However, they haven’t started well against Rajasthan Royals as the opening pair smashed 87 runs from first 10 overs after being invited to bat first. Kuldeep Yadav has been bowling well in the tournament but Jos Buttler smashed him for big hits .

Kuldeep Yadav was bowling the ninth over of the innings and he leaked 14 runs from the first five balls. Buttler slammed him for a boundary and six. He was again facing the last delivery of the over. Captain Rishabh Pant came to the rescue of Kuldeep as he was seen advising Kuldeep before the last ball. Kuldeep then bowled the last ball wide outside off and Buttler managed to take just a single playing it towards deep point.

Here is how Twitter reacted to the incident.
