KKR vs SRH | Twitter goes crazy as SRH break defending jinx this season

Kolkata Knight Riders and Sunrisers Hyderabad went against each other at the Eden Gardens. KKR was chasing in this game and till now, no chasing team has been able to lose a match. But SRH went on to defeat KKR by a huge margin, becoming the first team to win while defending the total in IPL 2026.

The Indian Premier League gets more exciting with each passing day. Yesterday, Kolkata Knight Riders and Sunrisers Hyderabad faced each other in an intense clash at the Eden Gardens. Both teams had lost their opening games as they went against each other in a thriller, with KKR bowling first.

Sunrisers Hyderabad got a strong start with Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma at the helm. Both of them scored in 40s before being dismissed, after which Heinrich Klaasen smashed a half-century, receiving support from Nitish Kumar Reddy. SRH was able to post 226 runs for the loss of 8 wickets, as Muzarabani took 4.

Kolkata Knight Riders got off to an even better start in the chase. Finn Allen smashed 28 runs off just 7 balls, as Angkrish Raghuvanshi and Rinku Singh held the game firm. When Raghuvanshi lost his wicket after scoring a half-century, KKR was not able to hold firm on its batting line-up, falling short by 65 runs in the chase.

KKR had its slogan called Korbo Lorbo Jeetbo. But now after two consecutive losses, fans think it should be Korbo Lorbo Haarbo Re.
