Liverpool owners are getting fearful that Jurgen Klopp might leave the Anfield if German national team asks him to replace Joachim Low at the helm. The former Borussia Dortmund manager has admitted that he wants to lead the line for Germany one day but he is extremely happy at Liverpool right now.

Liverpool might have to face a stern fight to keep Jurgen Klopp at the club as the club fear that the German might be vulnerable to an approach from Germany. The former Borussia Dortmund man has so far knocked down all of Liverpool’s attempts to make him the highest-paid manager in the Premier League and the Mirror reports that the Fenway Sports Group may have a new problem. The report from the Mirror indicates that Liverpool now worry that Klopp may choose to join Germany national team once Joachim Low’s reign comes to an end.

Klopp does still have three years left on his current deal and is happy at Merseyside but Liverpool are keen to give him a new, improved and a longer contract. The German though has refused to budge over his decision to take a sabbatical once his current contract with Liverpool expires. Reports also indicated that Klopp might leave England sooner due to the drastic weather conditions across the country.

Despite the ongoing revolution at Liverpool in terms of results, it remains to be seen whether Klopp remains at Anfield or is intrigued by the idea of managing Germany and sets off for a national team challenge before his contract with Reds ends in 2021.  The German oversaw his troops beating Sheffield United away from home this weekend in the Premier League. Georginio Wijnaldum was on target for the Reds as Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah missed big chances. Their recent form has been fabulous and Klopp needs to be credited for his guidance.
