Kevin Pietersen banters with Ravi "tracer bullet" Shastri on Twitter
Kevin Pietersen took the tracer bullet challenge on Twitter, where he tried to use Ravi Shastri's famous 'Tracer Bullet' phrase in a sentence. While some might have taken offence to it, Shastri showed his funny side praising the Englishman for his effort and was happy to continue the banter.
Kevin Pietersen opted out of the IPL this year and has in-turn settled quite well in his new role as a commentator. The explosive batsman has been quite impressive with the words too and seems to have grown fond of his co-commentator Ravi Shastri which is evident from the laughs that the two share while commentating.
Ravi Shastri famous 'tracer bullet' phrase is one of the popular ones on social media. The former Indian cricketer has made the phrase his own and started a new trend called the "Tracer Bullet challenge" where people attempt to use the phrase in a sentence. There have been a number of commentators who have taken up the challenge and have tried to imitate Ravi Shastri but no one has been as good as KP.
The official IPL twitter handle posted a video of KP taking the tracer bullet challenge and tagged Ravi Shastri in the tweet.
.@KP24 @RajalArora The #TracerBulletChallenge is back and we have our very own @KP24 giving it a go. How’s that Mr. @RaviShastriOfc ? pic.twitter.com/ME3gVBZagt

In a hilarious reply, Shastri tweeted that he had to slow down as KP's vehicle had left a "trail of smoke" due to the tracer bullet speed.
I had to slow down bro @KP24. The tracer bullet left a lot of smoke when it went off. #TracerBulletChallenge
