Brief Scores: Royal Challengers Bangalore 161/6 (Virat Kohli 58, Chris Gayle 48; Pat Cummins 2/21, Shahbaz Nadeem 1/12) beat Delhi Daredevils 151/10 (Rishabh Pant 45, Shreyash Iyer 32; Pawan Negi 3/10, Harshal Patel 2/43) by 10 runs.

Here are the best tweets from the match:

The pre-match talk be like

Even in a bad season the records keep tumbling

RCB fans on Kohli

That’s how interesting their matches are

RCB’s last resort

That’s pretty good for their ongoing form

No words needed

One match and he becomes the most sought after

Hindi commentary at its best

Don’t think RCB have managed to do even that

Last of the legends

Everyone seems to be back in form now that it does not matter

The rise of a new star

Can't he even enjoy a win now?

A dead rubber at last

Says a ton about RCB’s bowling
