In modern-day cricket, team management often encourages players will to step out of their comfort zones and take on new challenges. That scenario unfolded in the low-scoring game between GT and DC where Jake Fraser-McGurk's six caught left Delhi Capital's Cricket Director Sourav Ganguly in awe.

The Gujarat Titans struggled with the bat, managing only 89 runs in 20 overs, thanks to impressive bowling performances by Mukesh Kumar,  and Ishant Sharma causing a collapse. With a modest target of 90 runs to chase, the Capitals led by Fraser-McGurk and Prithvi Shaw opened their innings with a bang aiming to boost their net run rate. The Aussie's straight six in the first over delighted Delhi’s Director of Cricket Sourav Ganguly who couldn't help but nod his head and smile.

In the opening over, Gujarat's debutant Sandeep Warrier delivered a full-length ball outside off stump to Fraser-McGurk who expertly judged its line and length, lofting it for a magnificent straight six. Although the timing wasn't spot on from the youngster, the intent on the second ball of his second IPL game left everyone including Ganguly in awe. The Prince of Bengal was seen nodding his head in admiration and smiled.

The Twitter community, along with Ganguly, marvelled at the impressive six, sparking discussions across social media platforms.
