Paris Saint-Germain are only willing to sell Neymar to Barcelona if Philippe Coutinho and Ousmane Dembele are included as part of the deal. The French side value Neymar at €222 million and feel that the duo comes close to matching his valuation, but Barcelona are reluctant to offload Dembele.

Diario Sport from Spain reports that Paris Saint-Germain will only accept to sell Neymar if Philippe Coutinho and Ousmane Dembele are included in the deal. The negotiations of the so-called "Neymar Operation" continue and Barcelona are looking to seal a deal before the window closes.

Paris Saint-Germain value Neymar at €222 million and were willing to let the Brazilian go if Rakitic and Coutinho were included in the deal, plus €100 million. That was rejected by Barcelona, as the Blaugrana are not willing to pay that transfer fee.

PSG have now considered putting Dembele as a part of the deal alongside Coutinho but the Blaugrana have yet to answer.  The two sides are looking to seal a deal in the next days, as Paris Saint-Germain are looking to free their team from the unstable scenario created by Neymar's case, and Barcelona looks to guarantee Messi's desire to have the Brazilian team back in Camp Nou.
