Bharat Army trolled Barmy Army on Saturday taking on social media as Mohammed Siraj picked a prized scalp of Joe Root getting him caught behind the wickets. Notably, they used the same picture Barmy Army had used after Virat Kohli was dismissed early in the first innings to troll Barmy Army.

India and England are playing against each other in a one-off Test which is also the rescheduled fifth Test from the series played last year. India are leading 2-1 in the series and are also in a better position in the game so far. Rishabh Pant and Ravindra Jadeja shined with the bat scoring centuries while Jasprit Bumrah rattled the opposition’s top order with his impressive spell. Mohammed Siraj has been also included in the squad and he scalped the key wicket of Joe Root.

Root was trying to cut a delivery towards the third man but the ball-shaped back too much and the batter edged it straight to the wicketkeeper. It was an important wicket for the Indian team and the emotions expressed by fans on social media after dismissal indicated that. Also, after the dismissal, Bharat Army took their revenge as England’s Barmy Army had posted a photo of Virat Kohli after his dismissal to troll the wicket. Bharat Army used the same photo this time and mocked Joe Root’s wicket.
