When it comes to cricket, a few notable names in India are not just celebrated as cricketers but worshiped as deities. A similar trend has been attracting star-studded names in IPL of which Virat Kohli is an unmissable name and the latest of it was witnessed at Eden Gardens, Kolkata.

Eying for a chase of a 174-run target with the dew setting in, RCB openers Virat Kohli and Phil Salt got off to a flying start, courtesy of a rampage powerplay initiated by the ex-Kolkata Knight Riders batter. Having scored a fifty in quick time, Kohli acted as the grafter after as the field opened up, steering his side to a monumental win before a trespasser breaching the security at the venue distracted him.

As RCB scored at almost ten runs per over in the twelfth over mark, Harshit Rana was introduced in the attack to fragment the partnership. However, things didn’t go as planned for the defending champions but a sudden halt in play caught Kohli frustrated in the middle of the field. A trespasser happened to breach the Eden Gardens security and sprinted towards Kohli to fall on his feet. Although the veteran graced the gesture from the fan he was furious initially. This was definitely one of the moments that attracted eyeballs in the  Twitterverse.
