Rohit Sharma is a funny character on and off the field, and his sledging to push Cheteshwar Pujara for a run made it viral on the Internet. The Mumbaikar produced another moment on the field today as he roasted Kieron Pollard in a funny manner after the Windies captain tried to distract him.

That Kieron Pollard and Rohit Sharma share a fine friendship is not a secret to any, thanks to their association at Mumbai Indians in the IPL, and the friendship was well on show during the first ODI in Chennai today. At the beginning of the innings, India adopted a very cautious approach, leaving ball nicely and only attempting shots against safe deliveries.

After Rohit glanced a ball to the fine leg on the first ball of the seventh over, Pollard came forward towards Rohit Sharma as the duo struck a mini conversation. The Windies captain, meanwhile, made some dance moves as Rohit was the one smiling. In the moment of all smiles, Pollard tried to pull off some theatrics as normally friends do with each other, and Rohit took it all lightly.

With Rahul being curious, he asked Rohit about the conversation, and the reply was caught in the stump mic. If anything, it was all fun as Rohit said, “A Bak**** hai” - a Hindi slang for “the guy who talks useless stuff”. It was enough to tickle the funny bones as Twitterati shared their thoughts.

Hahaha!
