A huge miscommunication!

In the 32nd over of India’s innings, Shankar punched a back of a length delivery from Colin Munro to wide of short mid-wicket and immediately took off for a single. Rayudu on the other end had his eyes fixed on the ball and even signaled Shankar not to run. However, all of a sudden, Rayudu decided to go for the single and didn’t even make a call. 

Munro didn't see that coming!

India's number 4 Ambati Rayudu was in great form today. He scored 90 off 113 deliveries. In the 35th over, he sent a short delivery by Grandhomme to the boundary. He smashed the ball so hard (like a tracer bullet) that the Colin Munro who was fielding in deep couldn't see it.

Hardik Pandya threw his bat into the crease while taking the first run. Trent Boult noticed it and was sure that Pandya hadn’t touched the bat on the ground and immediately gave the third-umpire signal to the umpire.

Pandya smashed James Neesham’s high full toss over square leg, but this clumsy shot resulted in the ball going too high and Trent Boult managed to gobble a spectacular catch after running back from square leg. Hardik Pandya looked dejected about the manner he was dismissed.

This is hilarious!! New Zealand was bundled out for 217 and after the match it looked like Yuzvendra Chahal and Bhuvneshwar Kumar wanted to bat as both the bowlers took the bat from New Zealand's batsman.
