The South African batsmen have struggled in the ongoing tour to India not only against the spinners but also against the pacers. Their poor run was exploited today by Umesh Yadav as he bowled an amazing delivery to get rid of Faf du Plessis early on the third day of the third Test.

The Indian team have dominated the proceedings from the first day of the third Test match at the JSCA International Cricket Stadium in Ranchi. After Rohit Sharma’s double hundred and Ajinkya Rahane’s century, the Indian bowlers have started off really well by taking wickets at regular intervals since yesterday.

As South Africa resumed their innings, with the scoreboard reading 9/2 on day three with Zubayr Hamza and Faf du Pleseis at the crease. Hamza first scored a four off the third ball in the first over of the day, which was bowled by Yadav, and then picked up three which brought du Plessis on strike. However, the South African skipper faced a peach of a delivery from the Vidarbha speedster and had no answer to that. The ball landed on a good length and du Plessis tried playing inside the line of the ball. He was completely outplayed by the amazing ball from Yadav as it deviated away from the batsman and went on to hit the top of the off stump.

Faf can't believe his eyes!!
