Sreenidi Deccan FC fell to a 0-1 defeat to Hero I-League champions RoundGlass Punjab in the final Group A match of the Hero Super Cup here on Sunday. The Deccan Warriors finished second behind Bengaluru FC in Group A as the latter qualified for the semifinal with a 1-1 against Kerala Blasters.

RoundGlass Punjab and NEROCA FC played a thrilling 3 – 3 draw to end their respective I-League seasons here in Kalyani on Friday. RoundGlass Punjab looked set to finish their season on a high, but the Orange Brigade had other plans as Juan Mera inspired a solid performance to get on the scoresheet.

Sreenidi Deccan FC edged out RoundGlass Punjab FC 2-1 to end the latter’s unbeaten run in I-League game here at the Kalyani Stadium on Tuesday. Sreenidi Deccan FC started the game on a high note, continuously pressing high and putting pressure on RoundGlass Punjab in the early minutes.
