Domestic career
Sherfane Rutherford began his domestic career with Guyana. He debuted in the 2016–17 Regional Four-Day Competition on April 15, 2017. Later, on January 31, 2018, he played his first List A match for Guyana in the 2017–18 Regional Super50 tournament.
