Madhya Pradesh captain Aditya Shrivastava has revealed that the team members are trying to laugh out their emotions but they are extremely emotional from the inside after winning the maiden title. Madhya Pradesh beat Mumbai by six wickets in Bangalore to achieve the historic milestone.

Madhya Pradesh have won their first-ever title in the history of Ranji Trophy beating Mumbai by six wickets in the final played at M.Chinnaswamy Stadium. Shubham Sharma was adjudged ‘Man of the Match’ as he scored 146 runs in two innings and helped winning team take a decisive first-innings lead.

Rajasthan defeated Kerala by an innings and 96 runs inside five sessions in their sixth round clash at the St. Xavier's College Ground in Thiruvananthapuram. While Gujarat and Vidarbha seized leads against Punjab and Delhi respectively, Bengal mounted a massive 635 for seven against Hyderabad.
