As per PTI, Chennai Super Kings’ star batter Ambati Rayudu wants to leave Hyderabad to play for Baroda from the next Indian domestic season. Notably, Rayudu, the 36-year-old batter, played for Baroda for four seasons earlier but returned to Hyderabad a few seasons back for personal reasons.

Hanuma Vihari will part ways with Andhra and will rejoin Hyderabad for the upcoming domestic season. Vihari, who had started his domestic career with Hyderabad from 2010-11 season, played for them till 2015-16, before switching to Andhra, where he captained the side when available.

Gujarat set up a quarter-final clash against Plate Group table-toppers Goa by defeating Andhra, who also qualified, by eight wickets in the final round of league matches. Among the other matches, Rajasthan and Hyderabad handed Delhi and Vidarbha frustrating draws in their respective clashes.

Bengal qualified to the quarter-finals of the 2019-20 Ranji Trophy season with a 48-run win over Punjab at Patiala. Elsewhere, Gujarat and Vidarbha inched closer to comfortable wins over Andhra and Hyderabad respectively, while Delhi enforced the follow-on against Rajasthan going into Day 4.
