CSA’s Director of Cricket, Graeme Smith has reckoned that India and England’s cricketing boards have been supportive of future tours with South Africa unlike Australia, which didn’t accept any terms. He also added that complaint against CA with the ICC is a message clear and loud.

Following a successful T20I series, where England thrashed South Africa, the ODI series has met with a fatal end as COVID-19 cases have pushed the cricketing boards to postpone the three-match series. The two boards will later decide a date for the series to be rescheduled in South Africa.

Dawid Malan, who scored adjudged Man of the Match for his match-winning 99, stated that the wicket played really well and that helped him gain momentum against South African bowlers. He added that Jos Buttler didn’t start off well but the left-hander’s momentum helped the flow of the partnership. 

After his 3/28 in the first T20I, Sam Curran has reckoned that he has taken his game to another level after his IPL stint with Chennai Super Kings in 2020. He also added that it is a great responsibility to take the new ball for England and was glad about his performance in the first six overs.
